  • Booking a tour is easy! Visit our tour section, select your desired tour, and follow the simple booking instructions.

  • We offer full refunds up to 3 days before the tour date. Cancellations within 3 days incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • All our prices are in USD.

Our Tours

  • Absolutely! We offer customizable tour packages for groups. Just contact us.

  • No, lunch is not included on all tours. Check each tour description for information on whether lunch is provided. However, water is included on all tours.

  • Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

  • Our minimum group policy is 2 persons. If you are booking as a solo traveler, you will need to pay the price for 2 people.

  • In case of weather-related issues, such as the closure of caves due to excessive rain, we offer either a rescheduling of the tour or a complete refund. Additionally, participants can choose to do another tour of the same value at no additional cost.

  • By default, tours are not private unless specifically requested. For private tours, prices will be higher. This can be selected at checkout.

  • We provide fully air-conditioned vehicles with passenger insurance.

  • Yes, we can provide car seats with advanced notice.

  • We automatically send you a review request 2 days after your trip is over. If you don't have a chance to write a review immediately, we then send a reminder 7 days later. You can also leave one on our Trip Advisor Page!

Paying for your Tour

  • We accept credit card payments and bank account transfers.

  • Yes, we offer payment plans on all our tours. For single-day tours, a 50% deposit is required at checkout, and full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour date. For packages and overnight tours, a 25% deposit is taken at checkout, with three additional payments in 30-day increments until 30 days prior to the tour, where full payment must be made.

  • No, we do not provide Travel Insurance.

  • Certainly! Groups (over 10 people) can contact us for custom rates.

  • Yes, we offer discounts to groups (over 10 people) for faith-based travel, student travel, and sports travel. Please contact us for more details.

  • Yes! Belizeans receive a 10% discount on all our tours with proof of citizenship.

  • We provide free pickups for locations in San Ignacio or within a 5-mile radius. If you are farther away, please contact us for accurate pricing.

  • We will contact you for an additional transfer cost.

  • In order to cancel your trip and/or request a refund, you will need to contact us directly.
